Notes:
Calculations are made using a 'can' filament geometry and a 256 x 256 output grid.
Parameters for each filament 'can' (parameter values are separated by a single space): ID Number Radius Height Offset.
The fields are pre-filled with values from John Hill's filament 'cans'.
The parameters for each filament include:
ring number
number of filaments in ring
radius of ring in mm
height of ring in mm (z=0 is defined to be at the vertex of the primary)
offset angle for 0th element in degrees
separation between filaments and inner baffle in mm
inner baffle height in mm (actually how much lower in z the baffle lip is than the filament)
separation between filaments and outer baffle in mm
outer baffle height
